Lets go to Orcas Island

The San Juan islands off the coast of Washington are a fun place to visit.  Mid May was mostly sunny and dry so it turned out to be a perfect time for camping, hiking and whale watching.

After Orcas we decided to go down to Oregon.   

We camped at Beachside State park near Newport then went to Silver Falls State park just east of Salem.
